Improvised Handheld Water Bottle

Most people are aware that staying hydrated is a crucial practice. However it can be hard to decide which hydration method works the best for you. Here’s a good way to try the handheld water bottle if you don’t already own one – or if you forget to bring one with you away from home. I got this brilliant idea during one hot summer run when I got tired of carrying my bottle and my shirt. Apparently I become a cheap Macgyver when I run sometimes.

1. Put the water bottle through the two openings for arms on the singlet.

2. Wrap the remaining of the singlet around your wrist, then around the bottom of the bottle.

3. Thread the end of the singlet through the loop around your wrist and pull to tighten it.

4. Adjust to your liking. You can put your thumb in, or leave it out of the singlet.

Last step: drink water, run more. I’ve only done this with a singlet. Results may vary.
